The title says it all really, the complete album is now on the illegal download streets. It was the first time that the Depeche Mode management had taken so many precautions to avoid the material to leak out prematurely (including not giving promo copies to the press). Without any luck so it appears. But, before you hit that download button, the quality of the download is rather poor and does not do the tracks justice.
Luckily enough the boxsets cannot be downloaded… Be fast to order your copy of the deluxe boxset of “Sounds of the Universe” though as the prices are going up (at Amazon UK, Amazon US or Amazon Germany). And fo those who only want the regular album, I noticed that CD WOW has a few items at real dumping prices + they offer free shipping worldwide.

Saw the illegal downloads out there. Everyone’s saying they’re really crummy quality. No thanks to that. I’ll wait for the real stuff to hit the street!

poor quality yes, but the sound and all is in there for us to evaluate.
I will for sure buy the album, even if they put out a crappy album i would buy it, devotee as i am!
so I had saw a few status yesterday saying the album was fantastic.. and I wondered to myself how are all these people getting the full album??

the leaked files sounds very good, 192k. I downloaded them and im buying the boxset too.
I downloaded the album at 320k and it sounds really good. However I will buy the box set as well as go to the concerts.
